Take frequent breaks. Take a nap if you can. Plan your relaxation activities as seriously as the so-called important tasks.
Working too long and too hard is no good…
Without realizing it, we are rapidly reaching a saturation point. Studies have shown that for the average person, you should avoid working more than an hour in a row without taking a break.
Take a step back.
Cut to the quick.
Take action, set your goals, set your priorities, etc. Until your new work plan “gets in” within the time available to you to be effective and creative.
And remember. To stay fit and focused, take breaks and take the time to breathe every 60 minutes.
